By opting in to receive SMS messages from Community Management Associates (“CMA”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms). By using our services, you agree to receive communications from CMA, which may include:

  • Conversational messages
  • Status updates
  • Appointment reminders
  • Order/shipping confirmations

Message frequency may vary, with an average of 5-10 messages per week.

SMS Messaging Service

By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from [Brand Name used to Register the campaign] for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication about [insert the product or service provided]. Message and Data Rates may apply.

Message Frequency

You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out, and while messaging frequency varies, you will likely receive [state expected frequency, e.g., up to 4 messages per month].
