Will initially joined CMA as a Community Association Manager and later served as Vendor Relations Manager, where he honed his skills in community management, operations management, vendor relations, and financial stewardship.

Will is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications and holds a Georgia real estate sales license.
