As CMA’s Qualifying Broker, Sean provides executive oversight of all property management operations, ensuring excellence in governance, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Sean brings a strong commitment to compliance, risk management, and ethical leadership, ensuring our teams, clients, and communities are supported by a solid operational foundation across every market we serve. In this role, he provides oversight and guidance on brokerage compliance, policies, contracts, training, and risk management, ensuring our communities are professionally managed and helping CMA continue to operate at the highest professional standard
Recognized as an industry leader, Sean earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation in 2012, the Community Insurance & Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS) designation in 2025, and serves on the Legislative Action Committee (LAC) through the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
