Rhodes Collier

Manager, Insurance Claims / Manager, Vendor Relations

Rhodes attended the University of Georgia where he graduated from the Terry College of Business with a BBA in risk management and insurance. After undergrad, he attended the Stetson School of Business at Mercer University to obtain his master’s in business administration.

Rhodes spent three years as a Community Association Manager before joining the CMA team as a portfolio Community Association Manager. Rhodes has management experience across multiple different association types in the Midtown, Vinings, Downtown, and Sandy Springs areas of Atlanta. This includes multiple onsite condominiums, including high-rise, mid-rise, and garden style, as well as homeowner and property owner associations.

While at CMA, Rhodes transitioned into the Insurance Claims Manager role where he has been since 2021. He assists managers in the handling of insurance property claims, association insurance renewals, and the risk department’s management training procedures.  Rhodes continues in that role while also performing the duties of the Vendor Relations Manager. In the latter role, Rhodes will be managing the CMA Preferred Vendor program and the VIVE vendor compliance program under the Risk Management department.  We look forward to Rhodes’ association management and risk management experience being a valuable asset to CMA, its clients, and its vendors.
