Chrys Martin-Prichard came to CMA in 2013. She holds a Georgia Broker License and has used her 25 years of real estate, development and property management experience to help both CMA managers and our client Board of Directors.
Chrys started in Atlanta as a Realtor in the Intown/Loft market, which she transitioned into the Director of Sales and Marketing Intown development company. She oversaw new construction, historical rehabs, resales, procurement, and marketing for 10 Georgia projects during her tenure. Chrys then turned her knowledge of the condominium market, working as an on-site manager at a historic luxury high-rise. As an onsite manager, she helped negotiate a nearly 6-figure builder defect settlement for the HOA. While at CMA, she has worked as both an onsite and portfolio manager, as a division manager overseeing a high-rise on-site division for communities in Decatur, Midtown, Buckhead, Downtown, Dunwoody, and Rome, GA. In 2024, Chrys became part of the CMA training department to guide new hires from the initial training to being operationally productive and understanding association management daily operations.
Originally from the Midwest, she and her husband live in Decatur with their two children. They can often be seen at the softball park or attending a band concert; they all enjoy traveling and snorkeling in the Caribbean. Chrys has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.
