Meghan joined CMA in 2016 as an onsite manager of a high-rise in Midtown Atlanta. Throughout the years, she served as an onsite manager of a large-scale HOA in Alpharetta and the general manager of a large-scale HOA in Cumming, GA. She was promoted to the Large-Scale Onsite Division Manager in 2024.
Meghan’s career in community association management started in 2014 as an administrative assistant. Before the end of her first year in the industry, she earned her Community Association Manager license and began managing a portfolio of communities. In 2023, Meghan obtained the PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designation, the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management.
Meghan is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and has served on the Programs Committee since 2017.
In her free time, Meghan enjoys trying new recipes, exploring the great outdoors with her dog Bruiser, or immersing herself in the pages of a captivating book.
